Many of us have experienced this common problem: a favorite stuffed animal needs a little surgery to correct a tear and prevent stuffing from falling. Perhaps your child has a favorite stuffed toy that has been loved too much and all the dragging, jostling and playing has caused a tear in the fabric. You do not want Teddy darling made to look like Frankenstein's Bear! Some simple solutions to repair almost all toys and stuffed them back to their former glory!
Sewing Machines
Sewing machines are not really that complicated. Even beginners have the competence to enact basic repairs. Just thread the needle with a value of several feet of wire to ensure that the wire does not break halfway through your repair. Then double the wire and tie a knot the end of your thread. You should now have two rows of thread and knot at the other end, away from the needle itself. From one side of the laceration, push the needle through and then across so that its output across the RIP. Then gently pull to unite the sides of the seam. Repeat in a junction seam diagonally. Continue until the tear is closed. For the latter, take the needle through the stitch and wrap the wire on itself to reinforce the seams. Attach the wire into a knot that solid near the fabric you can hide the wire, then cut any remaining wire.

Use glue (or any other glue that works on tissue) to replace plastic eyes or nose in May fell your plush toy.
